1991. Starting as an advertising agency, we focused on classical communication campaigns. We run various projects with specific expertise in: media strategies development, media planning & buying services, business and consumer research studies & analysis, creative concepts development, creative messages development, BTL strategy and implementation;

2010. The company growth drive us to upgrade our performance and build stronger specialization in two directions:
     1. Classic advertising and 360® campaign development;
     2. PR & Public Affairs;

These came natural, due to the confidentiality policy, NDA and different organizational structures;

2017. Following new generation trends and HR business professional development, understanding actual people needs and behavior, The Shaper developed additional activities, as: human research specializations on specific industries, translations of human behavior in actionable insights for advertisers, advanced consulting and competitive analysis.
